| 1. TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Enter the information
requested in the spaces provided and click the box permitting
Henredon to contact you occasionally regarding information
and events. Once you have completed this process, you are eligible
for the next quarterly drawing. Henredon is not responsible
for lost connections, miscommunications, failed computer or
telephone transmissions or technical failures. One (1) entry
per person.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes is open to legal residents
of the United States who have reached the age of majority
in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees
of Henredon, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates,
advertising and promotion agencies, and any other person
or entity involved in the design or execution of this sweepstakes
may not participate. Exceptions also apply to immediate families
(defined as spouse, children, parents, and/or members of
household) of all persons excluded above. Offer void where
prohibited by law. Subject to all federal, state, and local
laws and regulations.
3. PRIZE: One (1) winner will be selected to receive a Henredon sofa. The odds of winning depend upon the total number
of eligible entries received prior to the particular drawing
date. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable. No
cash in lieu of prize, no exchange or substitution of prize,
and no application of prize to a prior purchase. Tax liability,
if any, on prize is the sole responsibility of winner.
4. WAYS TO WIN: Winners will be selected by random drawing
held on or about the second week of each calendar quarter
from among all eligible entries received. All entries received
by 11:59 p.m. of the day before the drawing will be included
in that quarter's drawing. Winners will be notified by e-mail
and/or telephone at the address and/or number provided upon
entry within seven (7) days of the drawing. If there is a
dispute as to the identity of the winner, the prize will
be awarded to the owner of the e-mail account used for the
entry. To claim prize, winner must sign and return Declaration
of Eligibility and Liability Release within fifteen (15)
days of notification, or prize may be forfeited. Not responsible
for lost connections, miscommunications, failed computer
or telephone transmissions or technical failures. Unclaimed
prizes will not be awarded. If a winner fails to claim a
prize, an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing
from among remaining eligible entries.
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Contest offered to eligible participants,
but void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating,
you agree to receive periodic e-mail notifications of current
events and information related to Henredon and you agree
to release Henredon, contest promoter, and their respective
officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies,
affiliates and subsidiaries from liability of any kind or
nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any
kind associated with participation in the promotion or acceptance,
possession, or use of any prizes. You accept and agree to
be bound by these rules and the decisions of contest promoter
relating to participation in sweepstakes, selection of winners
and awarding of prizes, whose decisions are final. Acceptance
of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, biographical
information, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising
and promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited
by law.
