Q. Why does Henredon discontinue a current collection or specific pieces within
a collection?
A. Design styles and trends change within our industry and our designs
and styles are the best in the industry. We selectively manufacture our furniture,
and our production is based on the demand for the collections and pieces within
those current collections.
Q. What is Henredon’s warranty?
A. Henredon stands behind the integrity of their product and will work
alongside your dealer to assess the reason for the problem and the best course
of action. Typically any problems are identified shortly after delivery.
Q. Does Henredon have Outlet or Factory
Direct Stores?
A. Henredon has two outlet stores here in North Carolina that deal in
discontinued and damaged furniture. These locations are an avenue for Henredon
to retail discontinued piece and those that are not first quality. ( damaged
or distressed pieces, etc.) All items are sold on a "as is" basis,
and have a "no return" policy. These outlet locations can only retail
items that are shipped directly to them from the manufacturing facilities; they
are not able to order any specific pieces from our collections.

Q. Can I get broken handles or replacement
parts on our older piece of Henredon furniture?
A. We can often locate replacements for broken handles and miscellaneous
hardware. Please contact our Consumer Information Line at 800-444-3682 and ask
for the "Hardware Replacement Department". They will be able to give
you all of the details. (pricing, turn-around time, availability, etc.) We will
do all that we can to fulfill your order. It will be helpful if you have the
collection name and the 6 digit product identification number that is stenciled
on the back or bottom of an item.
Q. Can you customize your furniture
to our specific needs?
A. Unfortunately we are not able to customize wood products to fit individual
needs. Our upholstery products are almost all custom made. This allows you the
freedom to design the upholstery piece to fit your specific needs. Under the
Henredon Upholstery category on our website please choose the "Design your
Own" and you will be able to create a rendition of your upholstery item
with the fabric that you choose. You can use different fabrics and trims, and
then print off your selection for future reference. Be creative and design an
upholstery item exactly as you want! |
